I started my career in Chicago as a copywriter at a small agency in the Wrigley Building. My paycheck barely paid for the Wrigley chewing gum I wrote ads about, but for about 6 years I got free gum and spent most of my days working on toy commercials, so I was thrilled.

 For the next 11 years I worked in New York City on top-tier clients and projects at McCann Erickson and DDB where MADMEN dreams are made.

From running shoes to toilet paper, dog food to fast food, wireless phones to pharmaceutical advertising... I have done it all. 

 My experience at big and small agencies during my career has given me a unique perspective on the business and what it takes to survive and thrive at both. I know how to do smart and memorable advertising that does its job to make clients and agencies successful and look good.

The night of my grade school holiday play. I played a Chipmunk. A Christmas Chipmunk. I can't remember what the play was about, but I remember I had a solo and was full of pride and self-confidence that night. That confidence dropped as I entered my teens and experienced all the insecurities that come along with it. My memories of those awkward teenage years was inspiration for my Clean & Clear campaign "Acceptance Speeches." It's the kind of successful and memorable work I'm capable of doing for you and your clients.
